Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of pet food, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product is expired or not fit for consumption.
Note: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- If the product has been opened or used.
- If you no longer want the product after delivery (change of mind).
- If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photo proof (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and received (if applicable):
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- In case of prepaid orders, full or partial refunds will be made based on item condition and eligibility.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Report it within 48 hours with clear photos.
- You may choose a replacement or full refund, based on availability.
